To support the further growth of our company we are looking for a sales tiger to manage and expand our existing client network in Belgium.

Job description 'Account Manager Belgium

We are looking for a sales tiger to manage and expand our network of professional resellers in Belgium. Your main task will be to maintain and develop partnerships with our clients. You know how to level with these partners and are able to communicate on a high level. You have a strong commercial insight and know how to negotiate and make a good deal. Analyzing the market and determining the right market strategy with ambitious targets holds no secrets for you. You are willing to take matters in your own hands and to take responsibility for the results in your market.


  • Maintain existing client relationships by visiting them regularly and building a strong relationship based on trust. You are the link between the customer and our company

  • Expand sales at existing clients by implementing new products, largen the Delcon surface in shop and optimize exposure

  • Manage client information in the CRM system

  • Determine sales strategy for your market

  • Ability to make and execute an action plan

  • Maintain and develop your knowledge about the pet food market

  • Being able to give product training and general presentations to clients and shop personnel

  • Presenting your market (including figures) at least 4 times a year during sales meetings

  • Report directly to the Owner/Sales Director

Your profile

  • Pets are your passion

  • You have minimally a 5 years' experience in a sales position in a retail context, FMCG is a plus

  • You can fluently communicate in Dutch and French. English and German are a plus

  • You master Excel very well and you can quickly master an ERP system

  • You have a sense of entrepreneurship

  • You are commercial and target driven

  • You show a hands-on mentality

  • You take initiatives, are proactive and decisive

  • You can work independently

  • You are looking for a challenging job in a growing company
