Do you have food that is suitable for puppies and young dogs?
Yes, of course! Delcon puppy is suitable for all types of puppies. With Delcon Puppy choose a complete food that supports a stable growth of your dog from the start. High in protein and fat, Delcon Puppy contains all the nutrients your new housemate needs to get through the growth spurt in a healthy and balanced way during the first months of life and to build up the immune system.
We also don't forget the young dogs between +/- 6 months and 1.5 years! Delcon Junior is the perfect food for the transition from puppy food to an adult variety. In this phase of life it is very important to build up muscle mass in the right way, as well as to ensure that the frame and joints obtain the final shape in a balanced way. This chunk contains all the necessary nutrients to support growth in a stable manner.

How long can your dog be on puppy food?
- For small breeds: 1-12 months
- For medium breeds: 1-8 months
- For large breeds: 1-6 months
Attention! The small breeds can immediately switch to adult food after 12 months.
If your medium or large breed dog is around 6-8 months old depending on the size of the breed, then it is time to switch to Delcon Junior.
Where can you find the nutrition tables?
You can find this on the product itself between the photos or on the back of your food bag.
How do you read the Delcon nutrition table?
For puppies:
In the table on the left you will find the weight that your puppy will have when he is an adult (eg a boxer puppy weighs as an adult dog about 25 kg). You also see how old your puppy is at the moment, in the row below you see how many meals your puppy can eat per day. Until they are 6 months, divide the amount over 3 meals. Later you can switch to 2 meals. At recommended quantity you can see how many grams your puppy can eat per DAY. You then divide this amount over the number of meals your puppy can eat.
For adult dogs:
In the left table you can see the weight of your dog. In the first row you see the activity level of your dog on the right. Look at the weight of your dog and his activity level, how many grams your dog can eat per day. You can then divide this weight over 2 meals.
What does a test package include?
With a test package for dog you will receive a bag dog food of your choice of 3 kg, a dog snacks and a measuring cup for the price of €12.95*
*For a test package from Delcon Hypoallergenic you pay €18.95
With a test package for a cat you will receive a bag cat food of your choice of 1.75 kg, a can of wet cat food and a measuring cup for the price of € 12.95
What are the delivery times and costs?
With an order, the package will be posted the next working day.

Can I still change the address of my order?
If you want to make a change to the address, it is best to contact us by email: shop@delcon.be. At that time we will look at what can still be adjusted.
Where will my order be shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our head office in Belgium.
Can I return a package?
If you want to return an order, you have 14 days to do so (the 14 days start from the moment of purchase). If these 14 days have passed, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
If you wish to return your order, please email the support team at shop@delcon.be, containing the order number and reason for return. They are further handling this case. Take into account a period of 14 days to check the return and make a possible refund.
To return your product, you must send it to: Delcon, meersbloemmeld 26, Oudenaarde 9700, Belgium. You pay the shipping costs for returning your item. The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
Do I have to create an account to place an order?
No, that is certainly not a necessity. It is an option if, for example, you want to keep track of your orders over time in an easy way.
